Exercise & Fitness

Santé Wellness Retreat and Spa has a fully equipped Fitness Centre staffed by a professional and experienced team.  The yoga studio, with its amazing views of the surrounding mountains hosts our Yoga, Pilates and Stretch classes.

One on one sessions in yoga, pilates and personal training are available to all Retreat guests, as well as guided early morning walks and mountain biking through the Cape Winelands.  We have 2 swimming pools – a heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool set in the beautiful garden and lawns of Santé.

Activities

There is never a reason to be bored or inactive at Santé. We offer a wide variety of activities to suit each guest, including:
